I have taken the past 2 months off to heal (not to mention its the lazy holiday season). I know im bad lol. But I really need it. Any way my groin is stil lsore and it seems like it isnt getting better. Now I dont really remeber injuring it but I was getting into some kick boxing and strectching it out alot and kicking with it. I want to keep strecthing so I can stay flexible, but it is very tender. Im a very tight person in my legs and I have been and need to work on it. I havent stretched it since I took time off. Can I start stretching it again? Anything I can do to help it? Also injured my wrist soooo long ago, about like 6-7 months ago, think i may have broke it and its still pretty sore. Any advice on that to would be awsome.
