meh, there is a fair bit to offer here, so I'll just begin with something simple. Shoot from and get back to guard before and after every punch. If you aren't sure about guard, it begins with stance. Here is a good example.

    Ummmm....

I would recommend NOT wearing flip-flops while doing any type of training....

    My two-cents:

Definitely wear proper footwear...barefoot would be better than sandals.

You have good handspeed, so why swing for a homerun on every punch? Short quick punches are just as effective. Jab, work the jab to set up the other shots.

As mentioned, get your guard up, throw the punches from the guard, return just as fast.

You have youth on your side, work on fundamentals, and get a good coach to make sure you don't develop bad habits.

Also, when the bag is swinging around, don't wait for it to stop, or stop it...It's your opponent, always in motion, move with, and away from it. Jab in, jab out, keep your distance. You'll go far lil' man! Good stuff

I noticed you're switching from south paw to ortho for no reason. Pick one till you can get a handle of your footwork and control over your punchs. Make sure to open your hips when throwing your power hand.

Wait, before even going there, put on some proper footwear, wrap your hands when punching ANY bag, invest in a nice water bag. Last thing you want to do is hurt yourself whaling away at the bag. You'll just hurt yourself and lose precious training time.

keep your hands up, straighten those punches out..haymakers are arm punches and you miss the little science of physics that boxing has developed...not bad energy, as for the flip flops, i think Scrap wore some once while holding mitts for someone...lol. keep working you will do good.
