The WBA, WBC, IBF & the WBO...i'm not sure whos worse but if this disappeared tomorrow and just had one title every thing would be alot clearer and would elminate most of whats wrong in The sport today.

having more than one world title per division is good for the sport and the viewer in my opinion

its when you get all thjis super world champ and all that sh|t that it gets daft

and even interim world champs can be gotton rid of, if a fighter cant defend his belt within a certain time what ever the circustances he is stripped, give him first dibs when he is able to fight again but making one or even 2 interim champs is daft as fook

what about the wbf, ibc, nabf, etc that s even worse.

On the world scene for me ideally........

there would be one belt per weight, no interim, no super, no diamond, no silver etc just one world title belt for the one champ.

voluntaries should be made against anyone in top 25

Mandatories should be against number 1 challenger, if not possible next top available guy and so on.

This would mean the champ constantly fights the best to prove he's the best and the rest of the top guys have to fight each other in order to get in to position to get a shot. The title would more than likely change hands quite often but when we get a long reigning champ we'd know they were special and unlike what has happened before a champ can't grab loads of belts and just fight his mandatories for each body to keep his belts. - guess who

I have no problem with the junior/super weights as it is all i have known i know a lot of older fans complain but i don't really see a problem except for when a fighter jumps up or moves down and big fights are dodged but otherwise it's ok.

i know this will never happen as the different governing bodies all have their own agenda and just want to make money which would'nt be a problem if unification fights were made more.

Also i think promoters should be made to work with each other when world unifications are involved where there is a standard procedure that must be met so each party is treated fairly depending on certain criteria - ie which champ has most belts, who has reigned longer you get the jist. very wishful thinking but would save the BS that haye and klitschko put us (the wage payers) through.

Hell I hate it when we don't get to see 3-5 matches on a show...I mean sometimes the undercards are the best fights of the night.

Weigh in separate from the day of the fight is a cockroach for me, just gives the naturally larger fighter to gain more advantage.

B-Hop was the Undisputed Middleweight Champion and Oscar was the WBO Middleweight "Champ", so completely different, unlike Manny and Antonio who neither were ranked at 154

Ranked?

Pacquiao and Margarito were ranked 1 and 2 by the WBC. That's why they fought for the title. You must be ranked by the org to fight for the championship so that's what WBC did.

and why talk about that? We have a new WBC 154 Champion and we have guys like Paul Williams, Vanes et al scrambling for slots to fight the new champion.

Pac was at risk losing against the 17 pound bigger Margo who was in fact built for the junior middleweights. No disrespect to Saul he fought a much smaller guy, lacked the skill and power to be a threat whatsoever.
