Guns in Arizona: Legislator's gun highlights debate

Okay so someone tell me a situation where this is okay. I have no intention of infringing on the 2nd amendment, but I'm really tempted to take away this bitches right to bare arms.

"She showed off the laser sighting by pointing the red beam at the reporter's chest. The gun has no safety, she said, but there was no need to worry."

Some people are really stupid, I have to believe that she has NEVER taken a gun safety class, worse if she has she's ignoring or too incompetent to know the first rule.

    This one is great too!

Arizona Resident Forcibly Removed From Public Town-Hall Meeting | Mike Broomhead - Fox News Radio 550 KFYI

"According to KPHO, Foster said that police told him the town is under martial law."

"Vice Mayor Barbara Cowell told The Arizona Republic on Sunday that Foster's characterization of the council imposing "martial law" was inaccurate, saying that a recording of the meeting will be made available to the public Monday."

I am a complete gun guy. I think folks who don't own them and don't know how to handle them have waaaaay too much faith in their fellow men, their police forces and especially their governments.

The only time a gun should be pointed at another human being is shortly before shooting to kill them.

She oughtta be fined and forced to take a safety class.

The problem is there is no fixing stupid.

She pointed a loaded gun at another human in a joking manner that is ridiculously dangerous and quite stupid, furthermore she is in a position where she supposedly "represents" her consituents. I do have a lot of respect for gun advocates that have been coming out against her.

Guns serve one main purpose for me, protection for me and my family. I keep guns in my house, and I have a permit to carry a handgun which stays in my 2 vehicles. So far i've never had to use a gun to protect myself or my family, but I still like the sense of security I get, knowing that if some shit ever does come my way, i've at least got a fighting chance.

P.S. It's worth mentioning, that i'd only use a gun for any reason, unless it was my last resort, remember if you splatter an intruder's brains and blood all over the inside of your house, you'll have to clean it up afterwards, as well as repairing the shotgun blasts that hit your walls.

You should still condemn the actions of this lady, she is showing in a very public completely irresponsible way, this is precisely the type of messing around that causes accidents. She pointed a laser site on a loaded gun at another human being that was of no threat to her.

So you have an irresponsible gun owner. Hey it happens. Just like you have irresponsible drivers. That happens also. So what's my point? You have idiots in every segment of society.

Oh, I do condemn people like that, tell you what killer, I bet we've got more crazy SOBs like that here in Texas then you do Arizona.
If I didn't need guns for protection, I would even own any.

"right to bare arms"?? Are we going to make her wear long sleeved shirts?

I wonder what her freakin excuse would have been for an accidental discharge Moron! I don't own a gun but not opposed to them at all. Have a rather immature friend that does own one because he likes to go to the shooting range, but even he knows a gun is no toy and never ever points it at someone. People play around with guns as if they're toys and next thing ya got is a dead body, idiots. I would have waited for the bitch to put her gun down and then beat her up, women or not, shed deserve it.
