He looks to have lost some weight at least. I'll just avoid saying he looks anything like in shape though.

To be fair that was some pretty intense pad work

Seriously though July 13 to August 8th is a good 3 weeks and boxers can lose A LOT of weight in that time frame.

Toney looked to be approaching the 220's in that video so I can see 215 three weeks later honestly.

I've seen episodes of 'Bum fights' with more intensity. Just sad, James bro...love you long time but for shits sake son get out while you can still form semi coherent sentences. Your a great. Don't continue to piss on that.

Yes thats right. He's fighting Shamrock in an MMA bout that will have slightly altered rules consisting of 8X3min rounds and should the fight go to the floor it can only stay there for 30 seconds unless a genuine submission hold is applied, in which case the 30 seconds will be frozen.
