    Default Fury to face Firtha

    www.fightnews.com/Boxing/fury-vs-firtha-94448

Looking forward to seeing Fury back in action, he should handle this one safely. Was reading his interview in boxing monthly and he was saying he wants to keep busy and gain more experience. Nothing wrong with that I think, he is still young and learning the trade. I wouldn't like to see Fury getting a shot at either klit anytime soon, definatley not ready yet. Who knows in a few years time if he can get some big wins he might have a good shot, not now though. Will be interesting to see how he develops in the next few years, he does interest me with his good character.

That is true he definitely should stay away from the klits and gain experience, but the sad thing is so should everyone else in the division really, lol.

I have a lot of time for him and I love the fact that he's getting boxing good viewing figures on teresterial TV.He has fast hands and looks like a clever fighter. I also like the fact that he's stuck with his promoter when a lot of others have jumped when times have been tight.

Not convinced he will progress to be world class but the ride along the way should be entertaining.

Fury should continue building a fan base. He should pick and choose his fights wisely and be patient going up in class. He should get himself fights on the big domestic cards against boxers that make for entertaining fights. I don't believe he is ready for most of the top ten guys and probably won't ever be.

Staying busy will do him a huge favour, his conditioning will improve, the experience and momentum he gains will do him good too. Loads of work to do but as long as he dont allow others to rush him too much he could do ok. He has come on loads since the first mcdermott fight.

Agreed. Fury should take a page from the Adamek and recent-Arreola notebook in that he should fight a bunch of guys like this over the next year or so while he improves. Don't test the top waters too early or at least not until he builds a big fan base and can demand a big share of the purse.

Hes only 23 and for a heavyweight who has potential these days is a very good age. No problem what so ever in him gaining experience and get some wins. I just hope he fights other UK British heavyweights along the way like Price or Rogan, I think they will be good fights.

I've just been watching a few of Fury's fights. I love this guy! He looks almost as good as Helenius! So big, so athletic, such power, such heart. Man, there is such talent coming up in the ranks.

Fury's been progressing well enough, and I suppose he deserves a little bit of an easy fight, but I'm not wholly convinced with this opponent. Personally, I'd expect him back in action before the end of the year against someone with a little more substance, and to get a comfortable win here.
