I dislocated my shoulder over a year ago, and touch wood it has never popper out since. Although I occasionally feel it twitch and I feel it limits my right hook as I don't feel comfortable throwing it. I threw on today in sparring, not very good technique, was quite wide and I felt it go so had to stop sparring. So what i'm trying to get at is does anyone (Scrap hopefully as well as others) know any good exercises and stretches I can do to help it feel 'normal' again, or at least less likely to play up while throwing a right hook. P.S I know I should concentrate on getting the technique right but as i'm still a novice, it's difficult to get every shot technically perfect and I'm working on it.
