Young boxer in critical condition!
Carlo Maquinto a young undefeated boxer only fought 6 times 21 year old was down twice in the opening round fought back and got a draw then collapsed in the ring and is in critical condition. Just a reminder that this sport can be brutal at times hope he makes a full recovery.

That is why you should never call a boxer a coward. Anyone stepping in the ring deserves respect.

Have'nt seen anything else about this it was on boxingscene.com but doesnt look like they have followed it up. Could be that no news is good news though.
