I can't believe he remembered all the words. The man sings with a lot of feeling.

I can't believe he was arrested. There has been far worse on the TV.

Maybe he was disturbing the peace singing along in some bar where Karaoki is banned.

The guy must be arrested often for being drunk, because at the very end when he's asking if he needs to be cuffed, and says that physical violence is his last priority, the cop says something like yeah, we've never had trouble with you before. I wonder if he sings a different song every time.
