Bradley's head movement and constant motion would bother Lucas pretty much, but I don't see Bradley being able to hurt him. After all, Soto laid some good shots on him and didn't affect him too much. Lucas, on the other hand, has the power to seriously hurt Bradley. I would imagine it would be a late-round stoppage for Lucas.... or a decision win for Bradley, if he could avoid Lucas' power shots.

would I watch them fight? sure. is it going to happen? Not freaking likely.

    1-bradley might stay at 147
2-LM is not going to make for a lucrative fight and bradley is going to take a Pac rematch, Marquez, or Khan fight (as those 3 make for the most money). If none of those 3 it will be another big money fight and that isn't LM.
3-LM has good dance partners at 140.
He could face Khan vs garcia winner. If Khan wins (which I expect) and moves up (which I expect) then there is still other names.

If Garcia wins it is a very logical fight for garcia.

If Khan wins and moves up, then LM and Judah would be two of the top remaining guys at 140 (sad to say but when Bradley, Alexander, and Khan have moved up, with Peterson labelled a cheater, then Judah and LM are the cream of the remaining division). That would be a rematch of a disputed decision and two top guys at 140. HBO or showtime would pick it up. only problem would be convincing judah to fight somewhere outside of NJ or NY where he is the hometown guy.

LM vs Maidana is a dream matchup. Maidana moved up to 147. said he didn't like the weight before he fought alexander. said he didn't like the weight after he fought alexander. then said he wasn't going to move back down. but offer him a nice HBO payday and a fight vs a fellow argentinian that has FOTY written all over it then he would probably move down to take it.

LM vs Alvarado or Rios would be good matchups as well. Of course that would require GB and TR to drop the bullshit fued and match fighters.

Maidana beat Matthysse in the amateurs, and there's a great story somewhere online on how it went down. However, recently Matthysse has looked the better fighter. It would be a fun fight while it lasted for sure.

I think they faced 3 or 4 times with Maidana winning or a draw in all bouts. But that is amateurs. no headgear. and 3 rounds. matthyse's body shots, which Khan used early to strong effect, would work well.

If they faced off now I would shade Matthyse ever so slightly, but it is a pick em fight. One that needs to happen.

Lucas really is a better boxer than he is credited for. I think he's too much for Bradley, those body shots would do a number late on Tim. At this point I think he's too much for Maidana as well. More tools in the tool box and great career momentum.

Matthysse is a very good fighter. He has great ring poise, patience and intelligence in there.

The only knocks on him are that he is a bit slow for his weight class and his foot work could be better.

Otherwise I agree with what everyone is saying, I don't think Bradley will face him, but I would love for Khan to fight him granted he gets past Danny Garcia.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
