Should of never came back.
Mayweather, Pacquiao and Senchenko. Might be the only time you see them 3 names mentioned together
I actually worry for his sanity in the next 6 months or so...really I.do...be only came.back.to.redeem himself and.didn't wanna.be known the man who.ended up like he did after pac..... He just did near on the same infront of his own crowd against a way Lesser fighter.?
He.looked close to a.breakdown in the post fight int.
Don't matter where u from.. Everyone must have a soft spot for Ricky... Sad to.see ...be needs strong good.people.round him now. ;-)
I say Ricky should just drown his sorrows in hookers, booze, and drugs. Feel sorry for him? Isn't he getting millions for this fight which is on PPV? He can also drown it in the millions he made.
Father time gets everyone in the end and inactivity for a fighter at his age definitely has the fat lady singing sooner rather than later. Now all the Hatton nuthuggers know what Tszyu went through at age 36 coming back having one fight in 30 months and facing their boy in his hometown with his crowd behind him and fellow countryman as a referee conveniently forgetting the rules of boxing for the night !

Oh it's been let go a long time ago, just a reminder of some of the hysteria that went on here on this forum about Hatton way back in 2005 and 06 with little perspective taken into account. Hatton was a very good fighter, i liked him, but like Tszyu time wins in the end.
I just saw the KO and got 2 things from it #1 that ref was such a homer, he gave Ricky time to rest as he was fixing his glove and #2 Sechenko nailed that hook a few times to weaken him up.
Good. Best to him and future with new family.
Hatton has had a great career and though it tailed towards the end, he did come back and sweep the first 4 against a former champion and that on the back of 3 years out and battling with booze, weight and depression. Few fight a former champ in a first comeback bout and I believe it was a mistake, but Hatton was still able to compete somewhat. He got tagged and took it fine. Hatton obviously got stopped and though not the fighter he was, he can bow out with pride intact. He is not a failure in the slightest and let nobody down.
Hatton will always be one of my favorite fighters.
To be able to come back from drug addiction and near suicide is a personal victory onto itself. Good luck to him, and I hope he gets on with the rest of his life. He probably needed for the last memory of him in the ring not to be the KTFO at the hands of Pac. Now he can move on.
