I'm going to withheld my opinion on this matter because it's still not cohesive. And like most times, I like to here what others thinks.

I've read an article recently by Glyn Leach about how celebrities shouldn't get into boxing. And how ashamed the boxing commissions should be to allow it. Namely your very own Freddie Flintoff, former Cricket player turned professional heavyweight boxer.

In summary, he's saying that most celebrities really only get into boxing for the novelty. And that celebrities draw a different light to the sport. Such that if the celebrity were to ever get knocked out or anything of that sort, that would create too much negative press on the sport.

Your thoughts? Personally, I can't recall any celebrity that actually got I to the professional ranks.

Cheers
