    Default Next Heavyweight Champ

Who do you think will be the next heavyweight champ, after Wlad retires/loses? Post your top 3 fighters. I'll start:

1 - Wilder - if his chin is as good as the rest , he has a great shot to be a good champ
2- Haye - hate to say this , since Haye got dominated by Wlad, but if Wlad retires, who can beat Haye (despite Haye being around 35/36)
3- Fury- the guy is young and he probably will lose to Haye , but he can rebound and improve.
honorable mention- some guy we never heard of before , that just started his pro career.

I did not pick Vitali since he will probably retire before Wlad loses or retires, and I doubt he will come back to avenge a loss , since he will be into politics/ too old

    Povetkin seems obvious

Fury cause of his age and skill level

Haye because it really is limited

I'm pretty high on Wilder because that power alone is going to be a wrinkle for even boxers who are better than him, I'll wait for him to earn his respect though.

Im putting stock in Fury but that just shows what this division has come down to. smh..

Definitely not Pulev, Boystov and especially Helenius. << Euro hypejobs.

Yeah cause pulev is getting mad hype, if anyone is a hypejob its fury. Pulev has yet to be put on queer street by some dude with 5kos from canada, or a former light hitting cruiser. What makes you say pulev is a hypejob? Dude has beaten fairly decent competition for someone with less than 20 pro fights, only thing I can slack him for he hasn't been in the ring for close to a year now I think.

Sure Fury suffered some bumps and bruises along the way but that's because he's faced and beaten alot better oppositions than Pulev has. Pulev's best opponents were Dimitrenko who couldnt even beat Chambers in his own backyard and Ustinov doesn't even count.

Fury has accomplished alot more thus far so if anything, he deserves the recognition over Dimitrenko who hasnt shown much.

When I watch Pulev, I dont see anything out of the ordinary but time will tell..

In my eyes their opposition has been about equal, fury slightly trumps it with his win over chisora. I give fury no credit for the cunningham win cause 38 year old light hitting steve never belonged at heavy. Also it's not like furry got dropped by monster punchers the dude pajkic from canada legitly only has 5 kos to his name, and hell cunningham was a light hitter at cruiser let alone heavy. Well both pulev and furry have good tests coming up so we will see.
