    Default Ward vs. Groves.

Even though Groves lost (by a bad stoppage), I still want to see Ward fight him. How would it go?

I'd much rather see a rematch for Groves, it's got to be more likely than Froch wanting to fight Ward again now.

Ward does not have the power Groves does though, when did Carl look even wobbly in his fight with Ward? He was dominated, but never hurt.

A lot of what Groves was doing tonight was made easier by froch being so ragged...A number of times, Groves threw the right, came up short, but came right back with it and scored. You shouldn't get that opportunity in a professional fight. Also, they were both looking, especially early, to counter one another's right with a right. That is a dangerous game to play and groves was winning it because froch was leaving himself wide open, squaring up, chin in the air, when he threw his right hand.
I haven't seen much of Ward, but I have seen enough to wager with confidence that neither of those things would happen were he and Groves to fight.

Groves was speedy and his jab was good but lots of times he was throwing his right wildly which Ward could pick off. He also got bogged down in lots of Froch's tricks and which Ward uses a lot more so I couldn't seeing Groves hurting him much more than any challanger although his attributes shown in the Froch fight looked good.

Grovrs admitted himself he isn't ready for Ward yet but after that display you'd have to give him a better chance than most 168 pounders.
Ward can't punch and punch resistance seems to the only thing that let's George down. Would be interesting to see how ward handles his speed cuz he hasn't met many fast guys. Good fight in a years time

Yeah Groves isn't ready for Ward, he said it himself. Groves needs to fight Froch again and get the win he deserves. I'd want him in deep with maybe 2 more fights before fighting a fighter like Ward.

Ward is too savy and versatile for groves. I doubt groves will ever be ready for him...

I really like groves though and he could beat anybody below ward..

The young man's right hand is fuckin thunder!! Boy got speed and some nice countering moves too.. im very high on groves..
