Ruslan by being tougher, don't get me wrong rios is tough as they come but ruslan I think is probably beyond special in that department due to his background.

This could be a war, or it could be a showcase for Provo at this point... Considering Rios couldn't make 147 for Pacquiao without taking something, and Provo is a champ at 140 I'm not terribly interested in this. If Ruslan is going to move up I'd love to see him get Maidana,or he could stay at 140 and fight Danny Garcia. Both of those are way better fights imo.

Provo has earned better. Rios has earned a suspension.

What a fight the WBO have a new weight category, it's called random fat bastard weight, the
Champion Rios , fits in between 147 and 175 pounds, but Provodnikov must be no more than
140 pounds, to keep it fair.

very dangerous for prod. i wouldnt take the fight if i were him because i think that he could get a better one. although as a fan, this will for sure be a FOTY candidate.

Gaurenteed war, and possibly a great showcase fight for Provod if he can do what no one else could and actually stop Rios.
