How does he fare against the other champions in the division?

Rubio is a good 2nd tier fighter, but he doesnt belong with those top cats..

He's in the same bracket as Curtis stevens and that's who he should fight..

Exactly. When he drops down a level he destroys guys.

All of his losses were to respectable opponents...and he's only lost twice (Chavez Jr, Pavlik) since 2006.

Personally, I would love to see Rubio against Macklin or Jacobs. But to answer the OP...I'd say his best chance would be against Quillin. Maybe Sturm...if he can catch Felix having an "off" night.
