Thread: Prompters and lawsuits, name me a couple that haven't been involved in a lawsuit.

This is a serious question, I'm not that interested in promoters and don't know much about 'em.

I got a promoters license. Never promoted any fights, but I never got sued. My good friend promoted a couple cards in the late 70s early 80s, and he never got sued either. Though for the life of me I don't know why not. His business partner- the guy that trained him during his pro career- couldn't help but be shady.
Really, when you try to promote fights, being a criminal is damn near self defense.
