I like America it holds Canada apart from Mexico, cause we all know that would just be trouble.

Ha Well out of all the holidays I like Independence Day the best as it isn't based in religion or anything whatsoever and is all inclusive really just by living here regardless of anything else, so Yaah go AMUUUURICA! I ate and drank shitty American beer in her honor.

The last two nights, on my block, sounded like an action movie. Unlike just about every place else, we have free and open use of fireworks from a week before the 4th until the 5th, and people take full advantage. The city/county does a big fireworks show on the 3rd, and it then immediately topped over and over again by private displays. Never hear of anybody getting hurt, and this is a drinking town, too. So maybe they just bury their own?
