He's fucked without Booth.
Booth was the man who got him the money.
Booth was the man who was getting him £5 million and a pay per view to fight Fury who hadn't even fought for a world title yet and was just a contender!
What other fighter who's never fought for a world title would get a pay per view and a £5 million purse for Haye?
Wilder wouldn't as the Fury's approached SKY about bringing him in as a late replacement. They didn't think he was worthy.
He was on a 50-50 split with Booth wasn't he?
This was their original agreement from way back in the day if i remember rightly so maybe Haye asked for a bigger cut and they fell out ?
Seems this (rumored) new Guy is an Arab so maybe someone he's met while over in Dubai promoting his new Gym.
If it is then he have a shitload of money behind him![]()
George Groves wasn't fucked without Booth, he gave him the elbow and ended up in one if the biggest British fights ever, signed with Sauerland - one of the biggest promotional outfits - and through a joint collaboration with Matchroom got himself back on Sky Sports.
Al Haymon (he is not an Arab) is the most powerful man in boxing (Floyd's adviser among dozens of other big names). If this is true, I'm sure Haye will do alright out of it.

There was never £5 million quid paydays on the table for that fight. That's just a figure that was thrown out there by Fury. They would have needed millions of PPV buys. Just look at what Froch-Groves 2 did with 80,000 tickets and a near million PPV (a reported 10 million quid for the fighters between them).
I doubt Al Haymon would have gave Fury a 50% split in the first place, considering Haye brought the starpower to the table, which has been proven by Fury's subsequent engagements - Sky weren't interested in him against anyone else (as you've said, ross), between Chisora and Fury they couldn't sell out the copperbox and then their own fight was a massive flop.

Haye may not box again and is not relevant. This may be a publicity stunt with him. Does Booth even train anyone now?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Long long time out of the ring for anyone, add to that the shoulder injury and if it even holds up and Haye seems to have a mountain to climb, thing is he brings money with him so will probably jump the queue and be gifted a top end fight but the bottom line is he needs rounds badly so surely has to take some easier fighters on first?
Should be interesting to see what happens but I expect a lot of bullshit along the way.
