Dont get on much these days but always reading. Unlucky on the loss Tam. I'd say it's awesome you step beyond the ropes pal, not many on here do I bet. I think stepping beyond them ropes is one of the most brilliant things a man can achieve. A friend of mine started a year or so back, inspiring it is..... Good times ahead and best of luck with sticking at it and the rest of the training pal.....

Nice one mate, I've got a lot to learn but still always improving. I'll be back training tomorrow, going to move down a weight class
