been placed in a coma, hope she pulls through, most of the time female presenters piss me right off when watching the boxing but I always quite liked her.

Charley's Web on BoxNation was alright as well, decent half hour of light hearted boxing nonsense

Thoughts are with her family at this time. Hope she pulls through. She is great at her job, knows her stuff.

Doctors said she didn't need malaria medicine where she's going. Ends up in a coma with malaria. Terrible.

Weird doc advice would say not needed as they are usually super cautious.

I went to South Africa in 2002, including safari in Kruger Park, and being still in my 20s , and ignoring travel advice, I was a smart arse and didn't bother with malaria meds and just used repellent. Got bitten and was shitting myself for a few weeks after - all was ok though but I'd never take those chances again.
