It's either that asthma inhaler that opens up the bronchial tubes or a stimulant. Anyone can see in the slow motion angle that a crucifix is placed up to his mouth and he holds onto it with both hands and then the trainer deliberately Shields his face but you can clearly see him inhaling in a sucking kind of motion where he is leaning back and straightening his back up while he is holding on with both hands to the crucifix in his mouth.

I hope he didn't cheat, especially against Fury who has never taken drugs.
