Got to organise it this end, but ill sort it out. Im getting a bit more free time again, things are settling down nicely. Its surprising things Im picking up on at the moment, 90% of physios havent got a clue. Ive become very good freinds with the top sports Doctor in the UK. He is blown away with the stuff Im working on, its funny. Theres a connection between the Peneal Gland and the Simpathetic nervous system, but I cant find anybody working on it in Sport Keep Good

Interesting but makes sense the more i think about it,So exhale through the nose aswell then?

I was wondering what you think is the best way for a boxer to breathe in the ring or on the bags ect?

I normally breathe in through the nose and out throught the mouth and sort of give out a little shout but i have heard that it is better to try and breathe exclusivley through the nose as it reduces the chances of being knocked out or injuring youre jaw.

Would be gratefull if you could share youre thoughts on this..
