How do you throw a Kangeroo hook?
So you step in and cover distance to land a lead hand (left if you are orthadox right if you are southpaw) hook.
Hows it done and since you are kinda lunging/jumping is it impossible to transfer the weight from your front leg to your rear?
Is this what Roy Jones JR throws all the time?

These unorthodox shots are interesting but its another thing if you know exactly when you can get away with them.
That Kangaroo one is so open if you miss it against the right bloke its a head on against you.

Re: How do you throw a Kangeroo hook?
You mentioned RJJ.
He was special when he was free to be special. timing shots and moving in bodily with a shuffle made him even faster than just his hands. I think Roy was so relaxed and at ease with his own feet to get him where he wished; he was able to study his opponents reactions to a move, then he wouldset them up for it and the next time throw a sort of tracking shot that would follow the path of the target (or ending where he knew they would go to).
