i think that the ivory coast would be more likley to advance in place of argentina then sam in place of holland

No, as far as I know Rivaldo is finished with international football.
What a player at his peak though! One of the best of this generation without doubt.
Sadly, the memory that always comes to mind when I hear his name has nothing to do with his skills on the ball... do you remember the dive he took during the last world cup? After Brazil had won a free, some guy from the other team kicked the ball at Rivaldo's knee... Rivaldo fell to the ground holding his head. The referee didn't really see anything except the guy kicking the ball and just assumed that it hit Rivaldo's head. He came over and sent off the guy that kicked the ball, while in the background you could still see Rivaldo on the ground, only now he was peering out through a little gap in his fingers to see what the referee was doing, haha.
One of the funniest things I have ever seen on a football pitch! ;D

Sal, Ronaldo is still playing for sure... alongside Adriano for Brazil... what a strike force!
Ronaldo could do with shedding a few pounds come world cup time though... he looks a bit un-fit at the moment.
Adriano is a beast though. He has the most powerful shot in the world right now and he is very accurate too. Did you see his goal against Greece in the Confederations cup last year?

this is true, but NY is VERRY ethnic, and when i was younger most of the kids i knew loved soccer and i got into it through them
