the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
B hop started his career at 175 and oscar started his at 133
B-hop is 6'1 oscar is barely 5'11 ....i think its silly to make much of oscar losing to hopkins there is no shame at all to it
on PBF vs oscar .....i think pbf is much faster and his "in & out " tactics would win the fight ...i would tink it would be awesome for oscar to beat pbf but if pbf can jump in and land a shot and jump out before oscar can respond he will win ....IF oscar can keep the speedy shorter PBF at the end of his punches at all times oscar will win
on Tito ...IF oscar had boxed teh last 3 rounds lke the others hed have won ....oscar beat the s**t out of tito and looked almost PERFECT at times ,but he lost and learned a lesson but was never beaten by tito
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
angree with alot of what you said... I think he beat Trinidad, and that Floyd might be just too quick for him, but also IMO he is too skilled for ODLH as well.
Lastly its not just that Hopkins is naturally taller, but his body is bigger as well... he looks bony at 160 while Oscar is hulked out at 160.
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
oscar looked stupid andout of shape at 160
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
he looked in decent shape vs Hopkins but he had a spare tire vs Sturm
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
the fact is the only fight where oscar actually lost was vs hop..and he was ahenad on one judges card at the time of the stoppage.......tito and mosely II were highway robberies....DLH made each of those fights look easy...the 1st mosly fight shouyld have been a draw

Watching the two Mosely fights I'd have to say that IMO Mosely won the first, and De la Hoya definitly the second. He's had dubious decisions gone against him and a couple in his favour, although all were close, and he's never really been beaten up, though Hopkins' size and strength told in the end.
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
i still havent seen the mosley oscar fight >:mad. pls mate if u got a link to the fight it would be great. thanks.
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
I think Oscar lost to Sturm, B-hop and Mosely 1
He won Mosely II
Definitely beat Whitaker and I lose respect for anybody that sees it otherwise
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
I think he lost against Whitaker just because I thought Whitaker made him look foolish at points in the fights, but Oscar did land the bigger shots overall.
Re: the REALITY of Oscar Delahoya...and his opponents
If Mosely won his two fights, then Pernell won his fight. Oscar landed the bigger shots in all three, but was outboxed in all three.
I thought Oscar won Mosely 2, and so did most.
I guess some people think that SRL actually beat Hagler. Too bad Hagler got robbed, like he did his whole career.
