I always listen to the best of ACDC when I run.
I listen to hip-hop as well, Slick Rick, Public Enemy, Too short, NWA, G-unit and afew others, i always listen to the rocky theme and faster than by Bonnie Tyler at the start of a workout tho (gets me in the mood) :D

come on guys, nothing beats a good old rocky soundtrack. i'll admit the rocky theme "gonna fly now" is on my ipod
For working out,you need some hip hop rap etc BUT try something with a heavy beat too,crunk music(Lil Jon,pitbull)the beat just urges you to continue,drum and bass,loud brash and funky,keeps the adrenaline going and yeah, a bit of rock too(not too much though!)
