Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
I saw it on the little scroller on ESPN2 that Delahoya says no to Hatton and Trinidad. ok.
Felix Trinidad
Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Ricky Hatton
Antonio Margarito

I would love to see a PBF/ODLH fight....that is the fight out there now.....Really wanted to see hatton crushed by PBF....I also wanted to see ODLH exact his revenge on TITO.....
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
I was quietly hoping a Tito rematch might be on the agenda....
Still, Oscar: PBF, Ive seen less interesting match ups ;D
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
Mexican fag, Go sleep with Ricky Martin again.
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
I thought Mayorga was doing pretty good against Delahoya in the 5 and 6th round. Up until he got hit with the barrage of short punches in the 6th. Delahoya let his hands go and caught him with 2 body 1 upper and 2 short straights. And that was that.

You left out Winky. And from what I heard he ruled out Margarito too and said Winky and Floyd were the two fights he was interested in.
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
If he could beat either Winky or Mayweather, which ever one would be a great fight to go out on. I think beating Floyd would kind of cement his legacy, old lion vanquishing young lion before he went on to greener and less violent pastures.
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
He ruled out MargaRITO in the article I posted.
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
yeah maragrito is an easy fight for delahoya with no glory attached to it...i mean if santos can beat margarito at 154 dlh would kill him...
pbf and winky (if he beats taylor) are the only other options... i mean oscar already whipped tito once and tito has been exposed twice since even worse so theres nothing to prove there...and collazo already derailed the ricky hatton express so pbf and winky are the only ones who make sense...if jermain gets by winky then pbf is the only option b/c obviously jermain is too big for DLH
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
does no one think oscar should go after mosley. the second fight was really close (so was the first one really) and oscar might want to avenge that. but i cant see it happening. i think he'll go after margarito.

i agree, and i think i might pick him against mosely in a third fight. but i think he's been pretty definite about not fighting him now that they're business partners.

Yes it was sad to watch. I could see that Mayorga was gettin his confidence up, slippin punches and landing a few of his own. But the whole time I could tell he was still WIDE OPEN for a left hook. And he got caught again in that 6th round, sending him down once again. And contrary to what asshole HBO bitch ass commentators say, Mayorga was not ready to quit. You could just see the resentment in his eyes. He was tired, and his world was crashing down on him, but he got up. And Oscar came at him and threw about 15 pitter patt shots, of which maybe 4 or 5 landed and that was it. Unfortunately Mayorga was hurt and too tired, and Oscar was smothering him, so he couldn't retalliate. :( Now about PBF vs Oscar, I am 99% sure it is gonna happen. HBO is definatley pushing Oscar to make it happen, cus there is mucho dinero at stake. It's almost a sure thing IMO.
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
Fighting PBF is win-win for DLH. PBF isn't big enough nor does he have the power to pose a KO threat to DLH. The worst DLH can do is lose a lopsided unanimous decision... and even THEN he gets to ride off into the sunset with his halo intact.

Well Delahoya landed those crisp combinations to Mayorga's temple in that round. And as I have said, no matter how good your chin is a temple shot will do you in. Tried to tell them that this was the only reason Roy went down to Glen Johnson's punch ::**
Re: Delahoya says he definately rules out fights with Hatton and Felix Trinidad
I think that he'll go for the two names that he keeps mentioning the most...Wright or Mayweather.
