I am relly keen on boxing and want to get super fit to go in the ring but I quite often get sore knee's, my mum reckons it's because I jog on the pavements, I do this about 4/5 times a week, but I only do about 2/3 miles at a time because I was in a terrible physical condition weighting 19st and I'm only 5"10, now I'm 15st 8ibs. Does anyone think these pains are because of jogging? :'(
