How do I get into a boxing league???

how do I get into a boxing league...I'm just wondering how I can get into one... my friend, David Martinez is cruiserweight champ for northern california...i'm just wondering if there is a boxing league in northern california I could get into???anyone have any connections or ways I could get into one???

Surely you're mate will have connections? get him to hook you up? do you not have a trainer who can set you up with some bouts? Any one in your gym?
