Couldn't help you there, all I have is a 2 pound mouthguard I got from the gym... can't see why I'd need anything more... ;)
The everlast brain is one of the better mouth guards out there. Ive had alot of different mouth guards.. and those ones are the better ones I have worn.
I never could afford a gumshield, times were hard. Now I cant eat steak because Ive got no Teeth, theres a moral to this story If you dont pay now youll pay later.
If money is no object, go to yuor dentist and have one made. $100USD or so from what I hear. Or just DON'T GET HIT! O0
Ill give you a tip if you go to the dentists get 2 the second 1 is always cheaper youve already paid for the template usually half price
i think its a good mouthguard if it lets you breath when your mouth is clinched, but i wouldnt recommend a double.
my mouth peice is a peice of rubber the gym gave me........it probably costs 1.00
i really like my one and it only cost bout 3.00 euro so dont spend so much
I just got this new mouthpiece and I think its the best one I've used so far, I would recommend it for everyone. I ordered it out of the ringside magazine, I think its called the golden gloves mouth piece or something. No boilling, you mix the liquid and powder together and after mixing you pour it into the mouthguard shell, after it dries a little bit you can put it in your mouth to mold it, then take it out and let it finish drying. You can breath out your mouth with you jaws tight and its a really good fit. I can't even spit mine out, I have to pull it out
why wouldn't you recommend a double? and are there any singles that let you breath when your jaw is tight? i always thought double was the way to go in fighting sports.Quote:

you dont really need double, the reason u wear a mouth guard is so your teeth wont cut yours lips or so ur teeth dont break, but when you put on a single mouth guard and clench your teeth together you cant cut ur lips or break ur teeth cause its gonna be in a secure place
Relentless is right also with a double your jaw is out of line, and you cant close your mouth as you should.Your jaw is weaker at the joint. Thats been my conclusion
