how to improve your handspeed ????

is it possible to improve your handspeed to a really fast level or is it all natural

Plus, I think it has a lot to do with natural amounts of fast-twitch muscle. That's why I say know your strengths and use them more often.

Handspeed can be improved to an extent milash said its got alot to do with genetics.

handspeed plays a part but so does being accurate with your punches and also 'seeing' the target & reaction time.

I use wrist weights while using the speedbag.

Can someone please tell me how to use and/or the purpose of a double-end bag? Do I hit it softly and then try to build speed or what???

what about plyometrics like clap push ups?
