Could you recomend gyms in Newcastle and rate them on their quality cost and seriousness. Also an opinion would be good. i am 6ft2 and at min weigh 80kg and max 106kg (lifting lots of weights), just considering options at the mo.

Well, the two clubs I know the most other than my club are Grainger park ABC and East End (I think they're called east end... they're just next to Byker metro station, sort of built into the side of the Byker Wall) both very good competative clubs, not sure exactly how much they cost but I think they are both pretty cheap. Neither gyms really have 'keep fitters' in them, both are serious clubs.
As for my club (F.I.T. Club ABC) its closed at the moment, Clive runs a gym based on circuit and boxing conditioning and the boxing club is sort of secondary to the gym (I say secondary but Clive still runs about like a mad man ferrying people to fights and running the sparring sessions, he always has time for his boxers) the boxing club is off till atleast the start of next season and I'm not exactly sure who's going to be running things in the ABC then at the moment.
So, I am 21 is this too late to walk into a gym as a total boxing novice?

So how much does it cost?
I couldn't tell you what the subs are, I just know they're pretty cheap ;)
