i had my tenth fight a few weeks ago and i lost i am now 9-1 ever since i havent been the same in the gym and i still cant see why i lost the fight iv got some pics so could u possibly have a look and tell me if there is anythin im obviously doin wrong

Like I say, as long as you lost on points you weren't beat. It was the judges opinion. Can't tell what/if you did anything wrong from the pictures but use it to motivate you to imrpove. ;)
The Season is over now, take a week or two off and come back into the gym motivated and fresh.
ye i am doing iv done sumat to my hand anyway so i aint trained last 2 days but on tuesday i got dropped for the first ever time while sparring lol
Happens to every one sooner or later I haven't been dropped (yet) but I would be stupid if I fought that I wouldn't be one day unless I stopped boxing right now ;)
could be worse, you could be me... I've not been in the gym for nearly 3 weeks due to college work,a virus, tonsolitis and I've knackered most of my knuckles being stupid... ::** ;)
Youre not very confident and showing your jab reaching with it and your back foot cant see him. Other than that well done
