There has just been a second round of negations between the Palles and Showtime concerning Mikkel moving to the network.

The first meeting was held in Atlantic City when Arturo Gatti met Team Palle boxer Thomas Damgaard.

Bettina stresses that also HBO and yet another one or two more American TV-networks are interested in promoting Kessler in the states.

Mads Larsen, who had a long history of legal disputes with Team Palle, has been offered a contract fighting Mikkel Kessler in the fall. The contract also offers two tune-ups for Larsen, who had not fought since beating Danilo Haussler easily in Germany 2003.

Kessler needs the American exposure...if he wants the money, fame and respect....He is not know in America.....the average boxing fan doesn't know who he is....Calzaghe knew this so he fought Lacy....
