Well, after all the hype, the huge qualification tournament etc - the most played and watched sport on the planet begins it's 4-yearly World Championship.
The relentless hysteria, news coverage, marketing and gimmick production is in full flow.
Most of the best players and coaches in the world will be in Germany this summer, displaying their wares.

It's a great tournament. I ticked beautiful game, but I think the namby pamby millionaires when was just as relevant.

Personally I think soccer and every sport that involves a ball you have to catch/throw/kick/shove up your ass is just plain silly. I can't begin to explain how much pain I want to inflict onto my coworkers when they start going crazy over the Dallas Mavericks making it to the NBA finals. How can a human being get so obsessed with something that they're not even apart of, silly silly! :)

Don't underestimate the power of blue text.
I had to put layers of tinfoil on my teeth to keep the voices quiet - but blue text now just amplifies them and I feel much better, thank you.

Football is played by a bunch of weak overpaid pre maddona's. Hell every sport is played by people like that Excluding real contact sports like Boxing and Ice Hockey ( Not American Football, Get rid of the medieval suits of armour then we will call it a contact sport )
