On Steven A Smith's show Quite Frankly...Leila said her people have been calling Wolf's people to set up a fight in November.....Leila state that she is calling out Wolf.....Stating that Wolf is smaller and has already been KO'd by a girl (Valerie Mahfood) that Leila has already KO'd....She say's she is walking around at 180lbs and is naturally bigger in height and physicality.....I think Wolf is in for a beating...opinions anyone??????

The fact of the matter is this. Women's boxing just isn't a big deal. It never was. Leila Ali is the best because she's the only one that brings it. It's not her daddy's name that allow's her to kick other women's @sses. It's the fact that many women just don't participate in women's boxing. I saw in People Magazine that she's already a milllionare. More power to her.
It's growing....you rarely see an amateur boxing venue without women's bouts.....they are becoming a little more commonplace and some are actually good fighters.....Ali is one of them....Quote:

And that is the biggest detractor of the women's game, the sport is a mans sport and the focus will always revolve around them. I didn't even realize I was posting in this thread until I read the title. Womens boxing is a LONG way from being anywhere near established imo. I mean I don't even think there are 1,000 pros out there.
