Pacquiao tops in hand speed? I think Floyd Mayweather and Calzaghe have something to say about that. Stamina? Kassim Ouma and Sam Soliman lay claims to that title imo. Relentlesness? Umm...I don't know that sort of falls under stamina in a way. Not sure who takes that.

I like Pac but seriously,to give him number 1 in all those categories is impossible to do.Not conclusively anyway.He is certainly a contender for biggest puncher but I think Chico Corrales,Darchinyan and Raf Marquez hit just as hard P4P.Handspeed,JC although Pac is darn fast.Stamina:Kassim ouma but Antonio Margarito even more so,upwards of 80 punches a round and all can KO you...that's stamina!Relentlessness,yea prob Pac but there are other contenders too.
Agree with you about the Raheem,I think Pacman would give him a beating and I believe he has the power to hurt him too.
