Mikkel Kessler - a young guy and a great champion but the Americans hate him....

Why is there so much hate against this fine boxer by Americans?

Please hype Lacy or Green all that you want, but they will NEVER be in the same leauge as Kessler....I hope that you agree - or is the problem that you hate an Europen being far far better than the best US SMWs?

oh man....a flippant off the cuff comment has me cast now as a hater....

listen, flashing fynbo, or royal or whoever you are. i am no hater and i dont even hate royal. the only thing that got to me about royal was the hate about lacy and the lack of respect for boxers who weren't white or from europe. what on earth did lacy do to merit such negativity? he lost his first fight against the best the division has to offer. lacy is no legend but he has done fine for a guy so short into his pro career. and he will be back.

as for kessler. i think he is a fine pro fighter. for me, he is second behind only calzaghe in the SMW ranks. he needs to make some big fights and possibly fight overseas to make his name though...

And flashing fynbo, I do know my boxing and I know it to a fair enough level. Dont start insulting my intelligence with that petty trite drivel ;)

I hope so too, but Lacy has been sopped so many times, 10 times in his amateur career like Gadajr and all the others....what ever you what Lacy will at best be at top 25 SMW....
