Don't know about seeing it online as I am useless with computers but there is the DVD of the fight at play.com for 11.99. Don't know if this is much use outside the UK though.

type in video.
when you get to the video section type in 'jeff lacy' and they got a 8 minute highlight video or you can buy it from the shops for about 11.99
get a burned copy on ebay for bout a fiver, well worth it though
watched it loads of times
