No kidding... I like how he says "well you know Castillo is a fighter who is ranked 7th or so in the world p4p, and you've got to beat the top p4p guys to climb the ladder". Uhhh, I think Floyd is a little further up, and he's not exactly a natural welter either. He doesn't have cold feet, he plain doesn't want the fight anytime soon.

Remember he has to sell fights, this is a manchester evening news interview, so its being sold to mancunians rather than the world, so its going to be names that are more likely rather than what rick wants himself, bear that in mind. If you see earlier videos, he wants PBF more than anyone.

I dont really care if he mentions Floyds name or not, too many people making too big a deal about nothing at all IMO. What is confusing is that before Collazo Ricky said it was common knowledge he was struggling to do 140, now it isnt a problem and he would like to return to light welter?

When was it common knowledge?? He has never struggled to make 140?

I think he got a serious fright against Collazo and the most obvious thing to blame is the weight. He seemed pretty adamant about moving back to 140. He dismissed the Urkal fight as crap before but now is willing if HBO agree. Plus he's now talking about 8-9 more fights....Well I guess he can afford a few gimmes, if thats the case ;)
