I just started the South Beach Diet last Monday,
I also started a Cardio program and a weight program on Tuesday.
The thing is, I lost 8.5 lbs in 8 days, Is that unhealthy?

how did you originally weigh yourself though?
clothes no clothes?
water no water?
Food no food?
Toliet no toliet?

Clothed (wore the same gym clothes both weigh-ins(kinda gross)), but post-poopage same time of day, directly before dinner and after water, I can physically see a slight change, I used the scale at the gym, which I assume is accurate.Quote:
