i need to lose alot of weight.......Need good diet
i have been working out with weights in a gym for about a year now. now i go to a boxing gym and i am doin a boxing workout now, a pretty intense one too after every workout i am sweating like crazy and i am really tired.i am 5 foot 9, 265 pounds with a lot of fat but i know i got a decent amount of muscle too. i dont want to kill my muscle i just want to lose the fat. i need some help.

this is what i done drop 50 odd pounds too.. real quick.
drank tons of water
eat Way Less
Burn more then you take in....exercise Lots.

South Beach Diet is working for me, I've lost 11 lbs in 10 days so far!!

steamed veggies and lean protein every meal. snack on nuts and fruit. eat healthy cereal for breakfast or protein shakes with banana in the blender.

the trick is to lower you calorie intake to less than you use...

Sounds easy enough but you have to take in enough carbs, vitamins, minerals, protien and unsaturated fats (and other fats to some extent) whilst doing so.

But yeah. Either bump up your exercise, or drop the amount of calories you take in. I really dont know what kind of dieter you are, so maybe you already eat pretty healthy, but arent getting as much exercise as you make it seem (I sweat like a pig after 10 minutes of biking, but I'd be crazy to think 10 minutes of biking is gonna shed any significant weight), or maybe you work you butt off, but eat way too much (my problem).
I remember reading at some point (and if someone could please either back this up or pooh pooh it, cuz I'm really not sure how valid it is) that a good guideline for cutting weight is to eat 10X your weight (in lbs) worth of calories every day (e.g. I weigh 210, so I'd eat about 2100 calories to cut weight). It seems a bit low (Especially at lower weights...), so don't take my word for it, unless other people back me up.

thanks for the help, im gonna cut the calories and step up my training. im also gonna run every morning so hopefully that works out well. also i train for about 1-2 hours, but my body might have gotten used to it because i used to lift weight religiously, kind of a powerlifters workout. so i hope itll work out. thanks again for the help.
