Well my trainer usually makes me hit it hard and the I bob and weave my head back and forth without it hitting me.
If you want a more intense workout deplete some of the air. Good LuckQuote:

I have the platform to the point where the bag's bottom touches my knuckles when i hit it.

I do that one with the double end bag. I also do one where I pull it and let it hit me in the face intentionally to get used to it. lol.Quote:
