well the html would probably be

<embed allowScriptAccess="never" name="RAOCXplayer" src="(insert file between these quotes)"application/x-mplayer2" width="320" height="320" autostart="true">

Adjust height and width to what you want. Hope that helps. It's the only code I know to use.

autostart means it will play automatically when you visit your page.

you might want to already have the file link you are going to sue and put it in between the quotes.

Ok people heres the problem now....its saying that it has a file extension or something that cant be played. What do i do now?

Is it an MP3? Ive heard people have had trouble embedding .M4a files (like that of apple's itunes) into windows media based players. Make sure its MP3.

Turn your PC off and then back on, see if this helps.

Ok guys dont worry i figured it out. You guys have no idea the shit ive had to put up with. This was a group project and i got stuck with two blokes who were dumb as dog shit and had no desire to help out so ive been left to do alot of it last minute.
