That's some nice stuff. What round was you on when you was doing resistance.
What resistance Im not sure which one you mean which one
when you have the rope tied around your ankle
Oh sorry that was on another thread I think that would be the 4th round if I remember. Beleive me its not easy, youre under a lot of strain, its pulling you everywhere. That kid is really fit, the one you want to try is the 2 fit balls looks easy how he does it but, Its working every muscle in the body at the same time. I doubt if anybody on the forum could do it. It puts imense pressure on the shoulders and abdominals and lower back. plus youre stablizing the ball with your inductor muscles, try it youll be shocked.
Where's the link,ScrapQuote:

Hi Scrap
I was just looking at the diagonal movement vid again. I saw it the first time you put it up when I bugged with with a Q about lateral movement. Wondering why this bouncing on a pad in centre ring is better than just stepping on marked points on the floor? I'm assuming there's a reason - it works ab or adductors better or something?
Just curious although i should have asked last time I saw this vid!
It makes the opposite leg work, try it one foot cant go anywhere without the other gives flowing movement in balance and prevents you getting to wide. It takes practice he makes it look easy.
CC Thanks Scrap
I think the biggest problem I've been having with diagonal movement is getting too wide so this is a big help :)
One more Q Scrap - I feel stupid for not noticing the 2nd lateral movement vid before - I'm not sure how I missed it!
I was just wondering what the purpose of the band on the rear foot is in this vid?
Is it to speed up the pivot of the rear foot? I was just thinking that if I have a tendency to leave my rear foot behind too much maybe this is not something I should do yet because it might train my rear foot to stay back more - resist the band?
Is that right or would it help train the foot to stay foreward? Do people often leave the rear foot behind because it's slow so speeding it up will help to eliminate the problem?
Or does it train you to keep your back foot under you because too far foreward or back and the band will pull you off balance more easily?
Sorry for all the Qs - I find these things difficult to conceptualize sometimes!
try it its all to do with touch and feel. going back you have to use the front foot, forward the back foot good tool for feet movement.
Thanks CC Scrap - I'll try it out. I'm not sure I completely understand everything behind what you say when you talk about touch and feel in this context. Do you know of and good Science Journal papers or articles which might enlighten me?
