I am in the process of getting a speed bag to have at home at my convenience so I don't always have to be at the gym.
I was wondering if some of you knew if the speed bag platform puts big holes in your walls? and where a good place to put it would be?

Johnny what ever you do dont put it in your toilet to small I personally would never do that 4 coach bolts willdo the trick no damage at all
Anyway if you make a mess get in touch with von goff. He will put it right no good with left hooks to the body.But painting and speed ball platforms, hes the top man, superb.
like the right hook and the left hook to the body, there's no such thing as a speed bag, let alone this thing you call a "speed bag platform."
