First Fight... and Concussion!
So Ive been practing for like a month now. Just in my basement. I wanted to test my skills out. So I asked a friend if he'd box me at a party. He is about an inch taller than me, and 20 pounds heavier.
Before the fight I was practicing with another friend, for prep. He took it seriously and punched me in the back of the head. Well... I got a concusion. Didnt know where I was, ect.... that was pretty sweet.
So I didnt have a clue what was going on, and I ended up fight my original person. I dont remember it AT ALL, but I got it all on video. I pretty much kicked his ass. I got him maybe 3 times, and I got him prolly 10. My last blow to him was a straight right to the face, that sent him head over heels. It was a rush.
I really want to fight another person, but I am afraid of getting another concusion. How long should I wait to box again?
and btw, we were using 16 oz gloves. But I got hit w/ my back turned to the hitter.

Post the vid:P
And why the blue hell would you show the back of your head to your opponent?
Wait a couple weeks. No basis for that, but I wouldnt want to put any more stress on your brain, especially because it sounds pretty severe if you don't remember it.
