Boxrec shows Floyd Mayweather Jr. fighting Carlos Baldomir on November 4th.

It doesn't have the flash of a Margarito or DLH fight but I really would love to see this fight happen.

I would rather see Mayweather fight Baldomir than anyone else to be honest. Baldy became the man at 147 lb by beating Judah, he's retired Arturo Gatti and so he deserves his shot at Mayweather and a big payday.

I think Floyd will box rings around him though :P

Definitely. At least I think. But he won't get Baldy out of there and Baldy does everything right, just nothing REALLY GOOD, he really is a true throwback champion. And he could box for 24 rounds, so Floyd can't take him lightly and he can't give away rounds thinking it's all in a days work like Judah. Judah should not have lost that fight but he did just by taking Baldo lightly and thinking he had the fight secured after the 5th round. I know Floyd isn't that foolish but he still has to be careful nonetheless.

It would be nice if PBF fights Mosley in the Feb date

Baldomir might be solid enough to keep PBF from looking spectacular but I definitely don't see him winning the fight. But its a respectable choice, Baldo deserves a shot.

how PBF deals with a natural Welter

It's too bad that a young welterweight named Ricky Hatton doesn't seem to have the confidence in himself like Floyd does to take on good fighters.

is this another hatton hater.... im beggining to wonder if theres a bandwagon now?
give ricky a chance and see what he does because one: ricky is probably more motivated for floyd then any other big fight due to theyr confrontation at the first taylor-hopkins fight,
and two i believe that hatton has just the style to beat floyd cos he'll crowd floyd and hes in superb condition! but it remains to be seen how hattons relentlesness wil be like against pbf's elusive defencive style. . . lets just wait and see eh boys?

This would be great if it comes off. Floyd will take home the world welterweight championship with a easy 12 round decision. Then he could drop back down to 140 to capture Hatton's world title.

n hatton makes it easy for noone especially witht he contrast of styles between himself and PBF im calling it a war .beieve.

time will tell... the favoured bet will be a decision for mayweather... and im not dissin floyd but serious question i'd like answered please! has floyd ever been pounded to the body? i mean i must have only seen ten or so pbf fights and i dont think i have seen him get the wind knocked out of him??
