What can I use to open an OGM file?

I have tried a web search but nothing came up! Can anyone help please? You get CC???

They should be Audio+Video files in an Ogg Media container (just like AVI are A/V files in an Audio Video Interleaved container).
You need to install the appropriate DirectShow filters, and then you should be OK.
